• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (Android ID, Advertising ID), IP address, network type, battery level, and system settings.
• Usage & Log Data: Interaction logs, live stream viewing duration, coin/diamond balances, transaction histories, app performance logs, crash reports, and timestamps.
• Approximate Location: Country/region inferred from your IP address to display localized content and connect you with nearby stream hosts.

C. Device Permissions We Request

• Camera & Microphone: Required for broadcasting live video, audio streaming, hosted voice rooms, and video calls.
• Storage / Photos / Media: Required to upload profile photos, send images in chat, and save media files locally.
• Notifications: Required to send real-time alerts when hosts go live, when receiving messages, or for system updates.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To create, manage, and maintain your Dk Live account.
• To enable live audio and video streaming powered by real-time communication services (Agora).
• To facilitate user-to-user communications, instant messaging, and comment interactions.
• To process virtual item purchases (diamonds, coins) and manage host/agency payouts via secure payment gateways (Stripe, bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
• To enforce our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
• To deliver notifications, technical updates, and customer support.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations and law enforcement requests.

6. Account & Data Deletion Rights

1. Open the Dk Live app on your device.
2. Go to Profile / Settings.
3. Select Account Management > Delete Account.
4. Confirm your request. Your account and associated profile data will be permanently removed or anonymized within 30 days.
